MoodPoem is the consistent translation of an optical and organic light principle, whereby all colors are always set in a harmonious relationship to each other. The two opposite color mixing methods (additive color synthesis / subtractive color mixing). The medium-sized slide frame gives the object its shape and opens a play in a three-dimensional space of color. The idea of the MoodPoem comes from a light installation with slide frames in Cologne (2012, Cube Room). Build on the SlideFrames in a small edition of five, which were still completed with slide frames. The MoodPoem is only 35mm deep and also works as an interactive and suspended photograph. The board design, the development and production of the LEDs is done in cooperation with a professional lighting manufacturer in Munich. Through a special color process with pigments and shades on the glass a very specific brilliance and a color effect is achieved, which is composed individually for each object by hand as a separate rhythm. This work of the 8 essays a unique piece in which the theoretically infinite possibilities of technology on the filters and the light spectrum are limited beyond.m

LIGHT adds essence, color and energy to our lives. It makes our world visible, giving warmth and a sense of wellbeing. Our more individualised needs call for a light that itself is customisable and flexible solution.
MoodPoem is a limited and exclusive wall-light that combines art, light and design into a poetic unity.
